Food on a world trip vs. healmeal every day in Germany
I've been living without a permanent residence for six years. Sixty countries, over three hundred different beds, and even more bushes. Supermarkets in languages I don't read, water from plastic bags or no running water at all, eating habits that change from city to city. This is my life and I kinda love it really really much.
The thing is: with this wild lifestyle, energy changes from country to country through the environment I immerse myself in. Different air pollution, different vegetables, different proteins - without meat.
Maintaining a consistent, conscious diet in this life is challenging, not gonna lie. If you live with the African Wambo tribe in the bush for three days and have no running water, then gut health is not priority number one. That's okay. I accept that. But I notice it. I notice it in my skin. In my clarity of thought. In my natural energy.
Everything is a trade-off.
Every time I'm back in Germany, something happens to me. I eat regularly again. I sleep in the same place for a few days. I have a kitchen. And I have healmeal.
And then the difference kicks in.
My skin becomes clearer. My thoughts become calmer. I have so much more effortlessness and alertness. I no longer follow my eating impulses out of a sense of lack, but out of genuine hunger. My body suddenly gets what it needs again.
Minerals. Plant diversity. Real ingredients without hidden ballast.
I don't suppress my eating impulses. If I feel I need something, I eat it. But with healmeal, I reflect much more consciously on what's behind that impulse. Is it stress? Is it deficiency? Or is it simply genuine hunger for real nutrients?
This difference between the body in survival or adventure mode and the body that is truly nourished... that is real. Tangible. Every time. It only takes a few weeks.
For me, healmeal is not just any other product. Someone has really put thought into it and spared no effort or expense to offer something truly good that can be integrated into my daily life and is compatible with my conscience.
No more supermarket shopping with queues, parking, and wandering around the store, no cooking process when I don't consciously want to engage with it, super fast catering when friends visit, and simply such clarity and energy.
The osmosis filtration blew me away. I also enjoy the lightness in the marketing. In my opinion, longevity doesn't require rigid blood value measurements, but rather present connectedness. With nature, people, and myself.
While Hendrik works in Namibia with his foundation, he also initiated healmeal there. healmeal is now available in Namibian supermarkets.
